Production
Our prints are made with a 100% cotton museum grade white Fine Art paper ideal for fine art printmaking.
Your PERSONA on paper comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed, numbered and authorized by the Artist
We use cellophane or glassine paper to pack all our prints, they are acid & lignin free.
We deliver on a flat protective envelope, tube or box

Delivery
PERSONA on paper operates, prints and ships from Mexico City.
If you live in Mexico, please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for delivery. For international orders please allow up to 20 working days for delivery. We try and post your orders out as soon as we can. PERSONA on paper is not responsible for international duties or taxes in relation to your order. Our packages are shipped through a monitored service so your PERSONA on paper arrives to you safe.
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please e-mail us right away, we will try our best to resolve the issue. Please note that PERSONA on paper is not responsible for lost or damaged items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
All orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks.If you are displeased with your acquisition please email us. We’ll gladly offer you a store credit within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.
